Booking Policies

Deposit Required

  • Secure your date!
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive at the agreed time.
  • A fee of $25 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay after the first hour.

Same-Day Booking Fee

• A $50 fee will be applied to all same-day picnic bookings. This fee covers the additional resources and expedited coordination required for last-minute setups. Same-day bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed directly with us.

Weather Policy

  • We do not offer refunds due to weather conditions.
  • In case of rain or strong wind, we offer one free reschedule

Photos & Social Media

  • Lottie Moments reserves the right to take photos before or after the event for marketing purposes.
  • If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in advance.
  • You are welcome to tag us on Instagram @lottiemoments for a chance to be featured!

Damages or Loss

  • Clients are responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items during the experience.
  • Approximate replacement fees:
  • Broken glassware: $10 per piece
  • Damaged teepee or umbrella: $80
  • Stained or lost blankets/pillows: $20 each
  • Damaged décor (candles, signs, trays, etc.): $15-
    $50, depending on the item.

Client Responsibility

  • Children and pets must be supervised at all times.
    Lottie Moments is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or allergic reactions during the event.
  • Please keep food and drinks off delicate decorations and furniture.
